Do I have to be a REALTOR® to sign up?

Yes.

Do I have to enter my own listings?

No. We can import your listings directly from your MLS.

Is IRA Suite an alternative to the MLS?

No. We work in tandem with your MLS. In fact, we are active affiliate members in 9 REALTOR® Associations in the State of Michigan.

How do you distribute the leads that are generated?

We believe when a buyer has a question about a property, it is in their best interest to speak to the agent who knows the most about the property - YOU, the listing agent. We will never send leads on your properties to any other agents.

My franchise/MLS already sends my listings to lots of sites.

Not IRA Suite! Most MLSs and franchises use a syndication service called ListHub or Point2 to send your listings to national and out-of-state websites only.

Are there contracts or other commitments?

No. Although, once you start getting more sellers by using our service, we hope you'll commit one year at a time and receive a month for free for doing so!

How much traffic do your sites receive?

While it is true that non-national real estate websites are seeing traffic decreases due to Zillow and REALTOR.com, it is important to remember that those national sites do not have every listing. Investors and savvy buyers know this and that is why we continue to see 5,000-6,000 visits per day from prospective buyers year-round. Buyers instinctively know to check several websites when considering one of the largest investments in their lifetime.
